Client Ombudsman
To ensure that the system is transparent, strict and fair when assessing complaints, the Client Ombudsman service is rendered by an external and fully independent entity CIMPAS (Centro de Informação, Mediação, Provedoria e Arbitragem de Seguros).
Client Ombudsman service contacts:
The Client Ombudsman service features a consultative nature, and may forward non-binding recommendations to the participating Insurers. Its powers as well as its rules for handling complaints that are sent to it are set forth in the relevant operating code.
